no fraud

any attempt to engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or unauthorized purchases, are never allowed. we reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.

lightsocket refunds

you are entitled to a refund within 3 days of purchase provided that one or more of the following conditions are met:

• you have not used the program
• you have not been able to use the program due to technical issues
• you have not been able to use the program due to a lack of support/usage help
• you have not been banned from the program for breaking the terms

refund requests that do not meet these conditions will be denied. all refund decisions are final.

token refunds

you are entitled to a refund within 24 hours of purchase provided that one of the following conditions is met:

• the discord account is locked (not the email)

account bans and restrictions

if you are found violating any terms, including but not limited to fraud, reselling, sharing unauthorized access, or abuse of services, we reserve the right to terminate your access without refund.

changes to tos

we may update these terms at any time. continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. you will be notified of tos changes.

liability

we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of our services. use at your own risk.
